Special Seminar on "Teachings of Ramadan in Preventing Societal Injustice" organized by the Centre for Inter-religious and Intercultural Dialogue (CIID) in association with the Department of World Religions and Culture, University of Dhaka. Professor Dr. M. Siddiqur Rahman Khan, Honorable Dean of the Faculty of Arts, University of Dhaka was present as the Chief Guest. Professor Dr. Md. Shamsul Alam, Honorable Vice Chancellor of Islamic Arabic University acted as the Keynote Speaker. Dr. Abdul Aziz, Director General of Bangladesh Institute of Islamic Thought (BIIT); Professor Dr. Mohammad Elius, Director of the Centre for Inter-religious and Intercultural Dialogue (CIID), University of Dhaka; Professor Dr. Md. Abu Sayem, Chairman of the Department of Word Religions and Culture, University of Dhaka; and other respected faculties were present along with the students  of the department.
